Total Wellness Program

Weight loss and hormones. One story.

Your body doesn’t treat weight and hormones as separate problems — so why would your care? The Total Wellness Program combines physician-led weight management and hormone therapy into one evaluation, one comprehensive lab panel, and one coordinated plan.

Is This You?

Weight that won’t move. Hormones that won’t cooperate.

Ongoing Care & Support

Included for every patient. Every month.

Weight Loss Medications

The right tool, chosen with a physician.

Injectables

Semaglutide (Ozempic®, Wegovy®)

Weekly GLP-1 — regulates appetite; proven to help lose up to 15% of body weight.

Tirzepatide (Mounjaro®, Zepbound®)

Weekly dual GLP-1 + GIP therapy — weight loss often exceeding 20% in clinical trials.

Liraglutide (Saxenda®)

Daily GLP-1 option for long-term weight management.

B12 + Lipotropic Injections

Supportive weekly injections for energy and fat metabolism.

Oral

Phentermine (Adipex-P®)

Appetite suppression for short-term use.

Phentermine-Topiramate (Qsymia®)

Combination therapy for appetite and satiety.

Naltrexone-Bupropion (Contrave®)

Targets cravings and reward-driven eating.

Orlistat (Alli®, Xenical®)

Blocks dietary fat absorption.

Oral Semaglutide (Wegovy® tablets)

Daily GLP-1 support in tablet form.

Orforglipron (Foundayo®)

Once-daily oral GLP-1 — no injections.

Hormone Support

Because weight loss can stall on hormones alone.

Your treatment plan may include hormone therapy alongside weight management, matched to your labs and symptoms — see our full Hormone Therapy for Women program for details on every option.

Oral, patch, topical, vaginal, or pellet delivery — for hot flashes, sleep, mood, and vaginal health.

Estrogen paired with progesterone for women with an intact uterus.

Off-label, physician-dosed support for libido and energy where appropriate.

SSRI/SNRI, gabapentin, or clonidine approaches when HRT isn’t the right fit.

Pellet Therapy

Set it. Forget it. Feel it.

For patients whose plan includes hormone pellets, a quick in-office procedure delivers steady hormone release for 3–4 months — no daily routine, fewer fluctuations, and one less thing to manage while you focus on your weight loss goals.

Honest Medicine

The whole truth about combined therapy.

Hormone therapy is powerful medicine, and it isn’t right for everyone.

Hormone therapy is not recommended if you have a history of:

Breast, ovarian, or uterine cancer · blood clots or stroke · uncontrolled high blood pressure · liver disease. Weight loss medications and non-hormonal support can still help.

Staying safe on therapy:

Regular lab monitoring and up-to-date mammograms and Pap smears are part of the program. Side effects like bloating, breast tenderness, or mood changes are usually dose-dependent and manageable with adjustment.

Common Questions

Total Wellness, answered honestly.

Weight and hormones are rarely separate problems. Perimenopause, menopause, and low testosterone can all stall weight loss no matter how consistent your diet and exercise are — and carrying excess weight can worsen hormonal symptoms in return. Evaluating both together, with one comprehensive lab panel, finds the barriers a weight-only or hormone-only program can miss.

The initial consultation is $199 and includes a complete evaluation of your weight loss history, hormone symptoms, and lifestyle goals. Comprehensive labs bill through your insurance, or $300 self-pay through us. Your treatment kickoff visit is $99. Ongoing program pricing is built around your labs, goals, and medications, and is confirmed at your consultation.

A comprehensive panel covering estradiol, progesterone, total and free testosterone, DHEA-S, FSH, LH, SHBG, a full thyroid panel, vitamin D, A1c or fasting glucose, CBC, CMP, lipid panel, lipase, and insulin — a complete metabolic and hormonal baseline, not two separate screenings.

One plan. Your physician reviews your weight and hormone labs together and builds a single, coordinated treatment approach — which may include weight loss medication, hormone therapy, or both, based on what your body actually needs.

Yes — consultations and follow-ups are available virtually to patients anywhere in Texas, weekdays and weekends. In-office visits in Universal City are used for procedures like pellet insertion.
