Botox & Neurotoxins
Every neurotoxin treatment at Star Wellness MD — Xeomin® or Botox® — is injected personally by a physician — never delegated — with conservative dosing designed to make you look rested, not different. Your face still moves. Your lines just soften.

Treatment Areas
Typical unit ranges below are a guide — your exact plan is mapped to your anatomy at your consultation, so you know your total before anything is injected.
The vertical lines between the brows that read as tired or stern — the most requested treatment area.
Typically 20–25 units
Horizontal lines that appear when you raise your brows — softened while preserving natural lift.
Typically 10–20 units
The fine lines fanning from the corners of the eyes — smoothed without flattening your smile.
Typically 12–24 units
A subtle chemical lift that opens the eyes — no surgery, no downtime.
Typically 4–10 units
A few precise units along the upper lip for a fuller-looking smile without filler.
Typically 4–8 units
Nose crinkle lines, chin dimpling, and jaw slimming (masseter) — mapped and dosed at your consultation.
Dosing varies by area
Why Here
In most med spas, your injector is a nurse working under a medical director who has never seen your face. Here, the physician who evaluates your anatomy is the one holding the syringe — every unit, every visit — at a price that keeps physician care within reach.

How It Works
01
Your physician studies how your face moves, maps your treatment areas, screens your medical history, and quotes your exact unit total — before anything is injected. The $50 consultation is applied in full to your treatment.
02
A series of precise micro-injections with a very fine needle — most visits take 10–15 minutes, with no downtime beyond avoiding exercise for the day.
03
Softening begins in 3–5 days, full effect around two weeks, and results last about 3–4 months — then a maintenance visit keeps you refreshed.
The same medicine treats chronic migraines, jaw tension and teeth grinding (TMJ), excessive sweating, and neck and shoulder tension (“Trap Tox”). As a physician practice, we treat the medical side too — explore Medical Botox.
Honest Medicine
Botox softens dynamic lines — the ones made by movement. Deep static lines etched into the skin at rest may soften but not vanish; sometimes the honest answer is a combination with dermal filler, and we’ll tell you which before you spend a dollar.
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with certain neuromuscular conditions such as myasthenia gravis, or with an active skin infection at the injection site. Minor bruising or a mild headache can occur and resolves quickly; your consultation includes a medical screening.
Common Questions
Neurotoxins start at $11 per unit — Xeomin® is $11/unit and Botox® is $12/unit — injected personally by a physician. We also run regular monthly specials and other regular specials that often bring your price to $10–11/unit, so ask about current offers when you book. Most treatment areas use roughly 10–30 units, and your exact plan is mapped at your consultation before anything is injected — so you know your total before you commit.
New-patient aesthetic consultations are $50 — applied in full to your treatment, so if you move forward it costs you nothing extra. If you need to cancel, the $50 is refunded with 48 hours’ notice. And if you’re already a Star Wellness MD patient, your consultation is complimentary.
Not with conservative, precise dosing. The goal is to soften the lines while keeping your natural expression — you should look rested, not different. Because every injection is performed by a physician who studies your facial movement first, dosing is matched to your anatomy rather than a one-size template.
Softening typically begins within 3–5 days, with full effect around two weeks. Most patients enjoy results for about 3–4 months before movement gradually returns and a maintenance visit refreshes the result.
The injections use a very fine needle and feel like brief pinches — most visits take 10–15 minutes with no downtime. Return to your day immediately; just avoid rubbing the area and strenuous exercise for the rest of the day.
It’s not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with certain neuromuscular conditions such as myasthenia gravis, or with an active skin infection at the injection site. Your consultation includes a medical screening — one advantage of a physician practice.
