PRP Facial · Microneedling with PRP
A PRP facial pairs precision microneedling with platelet-rich plasma prepared from a small draw of your own blood — concentrating your body’s own growth factors exactly where your skin is rebuilding. No foreign filler, no chemical peel: just your skin, encouraged to do what it already knows how to do.

How It Works
We draw a small amount of your blood and spin it to concentrate the platelets — the cells rich in the growth factors your body sends to any site it’s repairing. Microneedling then creates thousands of controlled micro-channels across the skin, and the PRP is delivered right into them, supporting collagen renewal from within.
It’s the same platelet-rich plasma we prepare for our hair restoration program — applied to different terrain.

Your Treatment Journey
01
Your physician evaluates your skin’s texture, tone, scarring, and goals — and tells you honestly whether PRP is the right tool, or whether something else would serve you better. $50 for new patients, applied in full to your treatment; complimentary for established patients.
02
Topical numbing first, then a quick blood draw while it takes effect. The microneedling-plus-PRP treatment itself is precise and methodical — plan roughly 60–75 minutes for the full visit.
03
The glow shows within days; the deeper work — collagen remodeling, texture and scar improvement — builds over the following weeks. Most patients do a series of three sessions, 4–6 weeks apart, with maintenance every 4–6 months. More advanced skin aging or acne scarring may benefit from a six-treatment series.

Honest Medicine
Plan on looking flushed — like a mild sunburn — for one to three days, sometimes with pinpoint dryness or light flaking as your skin turns over. It’s a poor choice the week of a big event and a great choice the month before one. We’ll help you time it.
PRP works by supporting your skin’s own collagen renewal, and collagen takes weeks to remodel. Typical arc: brighter, refreshed skin at 1–2 weeks; collagen stimulation and fine-line improvement at 4–8 weeks; continued remodeling and the most noticeable change in wrinkles and skin quality at 3–6 months. A series — not a single visit — does the real work, and results vary with age, skin condition, lifestyle, and consistency.
Deep static folds usually want filler, motion lines want a neurotoxin, and significant laxity wants a different conversation entirely. If your goal is better served by another treatment — here or elsewhere — your consultation is where we’ll say so.
Regenerative boosters — often called exosomes — are biologic signaling messengers that may enhance collagen stimulation, recovery, and skin texture when combined with PRP and microneedling. They are not stem cells, and exosomes are not FDA-approved drugs for cosmetic indications. If a booster is part of your plan, we’ll review the product, its regulatory status, and your alternatives before treatment.
We don’t treat over active skin infections, cold-sore flares, or inflamed acne; certain blood and platelet disorders, some blood thinners, pregnancy, and recent isotretinoin use also change the plan. All of it is screened at your consultation — before you’ve committed to anything.
Common Questions
A PRP facial — often searched as a “vampire facial” — combines microneedling with platelet-rich plasma prepared from a small draw of your own blood. The platelets are concentrated and applied as the microneedling creates micro-channels in the skin, supporting your skin’s natural renewal for smoother texture, more even tone, softer fine lines, and improvement in acne scarring over time.
Topical numbing is applied before treatment, so most patients describe the sensation as light sandpaper rather than pain. The blood draw is the same as a routine lab draw. Plan on roughly 60–75 minutes for the full visit.
Expect your skin to look flushed — like a mild sunburn — for one to three days, sometimes with pinpoint dryness or flaking as it heals. Most patients return to normal activities the next day, with makeup and workouts typically paused briefly per your aftercare instructions.
Most patients see the best results from a series of about three sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart, with maintenance once or twice a year afterward. Collagen remodeling is gradual — the glow shows early, and texture and scarring improve over the following weeks to months. Your series is designed at your consultation.
PRP + microneedling facials are $500 per session, $1,350 for a series of three, or $2,400 for six. Adding regenerative boosters brings a session to $700 ($1,950 / $3,600 for series), and a no-PRP microneedling + booster option is $600 ($1,650 / $3,000). The consultation is $50 for new patients, applied in full to your treatment — complimentary for established patients — and financing is available through Cherry and CareCredit.
Because the PRP comes from your own blood, there’s no risk of allergic reaction to the plasma itself, and treatment is physician-supervised with sterile, single-use equipment. It isn’t performed over active skin infections or acne flares, during pregnancy, with certain blood or platelet disorders, or shortly after isotretinoin use — all screened at your consultation.
