Is This You?

It’s not just age.

Testosterone matters for men and women — and levels shift with age, menopause, weight, stress, sleep, and medications. Labs answer the question most people spend years avoiding.

How It Works

Tested. Diagnosed. Optimized.

01

Initial consultation - $150

Symptoms, medical history, medications and supplements, goals, risk assessment — and your labs ordered. Virtual or in person.

02

Blood work - $200

Bill labs through your insurance when appropriate, or $200 self-pay for the hormone panel through us.

03

Lab review & treatment start

Testosterone levels, blood count, prostate screening for men when appropriate, metabolic markers — reviewed with you, with your personalized plan and a safe start to therapy.

04

Ongoing follow-up - $120

Six-week cycles until your level is stable, then every 3 months — monitoring response, adjusting dose, reviewing symptoms, and keeping you safe.

Treatment Options

Every form of therapy. One right fit.

Your labs, lifestyle, and preferences decide the protocol — and we offer every major delivery method, with the honest trade-offs of each.

Most common · adjustable

Testosterone Injections

Cypionate or enanthate, weekly or as prescribed — effective, easily adjusted to labs and symptoms, in-office or at home when appropriate, and often the most affordable route. Package pricing confirmed at your consultation.

Needle-free daily

Creams & Gels

Steady daily absorption with gradual dose adjustment — and easier low dosing, which can help women when clinically appropriate. Requires consistent use and skin-contact precautions.

Set & forget

Pellet Therapy

Long-acting implants placed in a minor in-office procedure — months of release with no daily routine. Trade-off: the dose can’t be quickly adjusted once inserted.

Men $400 (includes 2 pellets) · Women $299 (includes 1) · additional $75 each

Transdermal

Patches

Applied to the skin and changed per product schedule — consistent delivery without injections, though skin irritation and coverage vary by patient and plan.

Individualized dosing

Compounded Testosterone

Used when commercial products don’t fit your dosing needs, especially very low-dose therapy. Note: compounded medications are not FDA-approved products and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality the way commercially manufactured drugs are.

For women

Low-Dose Therapy for Women

Off-label in the U.S. — no FDA-approved testosterone product exists for women — so dosing is much lower, guided by symptoms and labs, with close monitoring. Often paired with our women’s hormone program.

Beyond Testosterone

Optimization is a system, not a shot.

Low testosterone rarely travels alone. Untreated sleep apnea suppresses production — and can worsen on therapy. Excess weight converts testosterone away. As the only local practice treating hormones, sleep, and weight under one physician, we optimize the system — so therapy actually delivers, and muscle, strength, and body composition results are supported by exercise, nutrition, and sleep.

Your $150 consultation includes your lab review and treatment start visit at no added charge. Ongoing follow-up visits are $120, keeping your dose and labs on track. If pellets are your choice, insertion is $400 for men (two pellets included) or $299 for women (one included) — steady levels for months, no daily routine.

Honest Medicine

The whole truth about testosterone.

Testosterone therapy is not risk-free — and any clinic that skips this conversation is selling, not treating.

It may not be appropriate if you have:

Untreated severe sleep apnea · elevated hematocrit · active prostate or breast cancer · certain uncontrolled heart conditions or a recent major cardiovascular event · unexplained elevated PSA (men) · pregnancy, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive · near-term fertility plans without fertility-preserving planning.

For men:

Therapy can reduce sperm production and affect fertility, cause testicular shrinkage, and requires PSA and prostate-related monitoring when appropriate — which is why family plans are part of the first conversation.

For women:

Dosing must be far lower than men’s. If levels run too high, side effects can include facial or body hair growth, scalp thinning, and voice or other changes that may be permanent — report changes early so dosing can be adjusted or stopped.

Staying safe on therapy:

Regular labs — testosterone levels, blood counts, prostate screening when appropriate — with scheduled follow-ups and dose adjustments. Report side effects promptly, use medication only as prescribed, and never share it.

Common Questions

Low T, answered straight.

Persistent fatigue, low libido, loss of muscle and strength, increased body fat, brain fog, low motivation or mood changes, and poor sleep. Testosterone matters for both men and women, and levels can shift with age, menopause, weight changes, stress, sleep problems, medications, or other hormone imbalances. Labs tell you whether low testosterone is contributing.

The initial consultation is $150 — symptom and history review, risk assessment, and lab ordering. Labs bill through insurance when appropriate, or $200 self-pay. Your lab review and treatment start visit is included at no charge, and follow-ups are $120. Injection pricing depends on your protocol and is confirmed at your consultation. No surprises.

Injections (cypionate or enanthate, in-office or at home when appropriate), daily creams and gels, patches, and long-acting pellets — $400 for men including two pellets, $299 for women including one, additional pellets $75 each. Injection pricing is confirmed at consultation. Compounded options are available when individualized dosing is needed.

Yes — low-dose therapy is sometimes used to support libido, energy, and well-being. It’s off-label in the U.S. with no FDA-approved product designed for women, so dosing is much lower, guided by symptoms and labs, with close monitoring for androgenic side effects. See our women’s hormone program.

Therapy may not be appropriate with untreated severe sleep apnea, elevated hematocrit, active prostate or breast cancer, certain uncontrolled heart conditions or a recent major cardiovascular event, unexplained elevated PSA in men, or pregnancy, breastfeeding, or near-term fertility plans without fertility-preserving planning. A full evaluation determines whether it’s safe for you.
